Ingredients: ANCHOVY (FISH) extract 77%, salt 20%, sugar 3%. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. After opening, close the cap tightly and store at room temperature or in the refrigerator (cold may cause natural and harmless salt crystals to form).
