HETCHA Organic Chun Mee Green Tea

Chun Mee is somewhat the Muscadet of teas: It suffers from its reputation among connoisseurs because it is overproduced and very present on the palate, but it can be superb.
This one comes to us from Hunan, cultivated at high altitude, and embodies the characteristics of Chun Mee:
Flavorful, with a tangy aroma but perfectly balanced.

Store in a cool, dry place, in an airtight container, away from direct light and strong odors. Use 4 to 5 heaped teaspoons for 1L of infusion, from 1 to 3 minutes with water between 75-80°C.
