HETCHA Organic Mao Feng Green Tea

An organic Mao Feng from Zhejiang, cultivated near the Jiu Long Shan mountains, without the speculative aspect of Anhui Mao Fengs.
Not an appellation of origin but characterizing a plucking technique, Mao Feng has visible buds and the first leaf.
A province usually specializing in green tea, it moves away from the usual plains to gain altitude, which is reflected in the tasting:
fine, delicate but very aromatic, it has the characteristics of a tasting tea worth twice its price.

Store in a cool, dry place, in an airtight container, away from direct light and strong odors. Use 4 to 5 heaped teaspoons for 1L of infusion, for 1 to 3 minutes with water between 75-80°C.
